Impress your guests with the flavours of Gregg's Dill and Lemon
Seafood Seasoning. This quick and easy mouth-watering dish can be
served as either an entree or main.

Salad
- 1 cup finely sliced red cabbage
- 1 spring onion, sliced diagonally
- 1/2 yellow capsicum, finely sliced lengthwise
- 6cm telegraph cucumber, deseeded & finely sliced lengthwise
- 300g fresh tuna steaks
- 1 Tbsp Gregg's Dill & Lemon Seafood Seasoning
Method
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set
aside.
Mix the salad ingredients together and toss with the dressing
just before cooking the tuna.
Coat the tuna in Gregg's Dill & Lemon Seafood Seasoning.
Lightly grease a BBQ hotplate or frying pan and quickly sear the
tuna on each side.
Remove from the heat and rest for a minute before slicing and
serving with the salad.
