Smoked Hickory Pork Ribs

We love ribs, and these smoky, stick pork ribs will have everyone licking their fingers clean.  Enjoy at your next barbecue or serve as a light meal while watching the big game.

1 hour or overnight

Ingredients

Method

Place ribs in a bowl. Combine Gregg's sauces, oil and Gregg's Crushed Garlic. Pour over ribs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

Barbecue or grill ribs, turning over half way through cooking, brushing with leftover marinade. Serve with Chargrilled vegetables with Sweet Chilli Sauce.
