Not only fun to make, these delicious biscuits also look and
taste great. By using cookie cutter shapes and being creative with
icing you can make treats that will impress family and friends!

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Sift the flour, baking soda and Gregg's spices into a bowl. Add
the lemon rind and brown sugar and mix. Rub in the butter until the
mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Pour the honey into the mixture
and knead to form a firm dough, adding extra honey if
necessary.
Shape the mixture into a log, wrap in plastic wrap and
refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes or until firm. Cut the
dough into 6-7 mm slices and place on oven trays lined with baking
paper. Alternatively, roll out on a lightly floured board and use
cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 7-10 minutes, or until the
biscuits are golden.
Leave on the tray for 2-3 minutes, then place on a rack to
cool.
Store in an airtight container.
If desired ice when cool.
