A family 'comfort food' favourite for those cold winter nights.
Perfect served with ice cream or custard.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the plums in half, remove the stone and place plums with the
juice and Gregg's Cinnamon Quills in a saucepan and bring to the
boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the
cinnamon quills and place the plums with 1/3 of the juice into a
20cm round ovenproof dish.
Combine the crumble mix with the melted butter, coconut and
Gregg's Mixed Spice; toss with a fork until well blended. Sprinkle
evenly over the fruit.
Cook in the preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes or until the
topping is golden brown.
