Ingredients
Method
In a food processor, pulse the spring onions, Gregg's herbs,
Gregg's Crushed Chilli, Gregg's Crushed Garlic, sugar and salt. Add
the breadcrumbs and pulse until well combined. Add the chicken
thighs and pulse until the mixture is a rough mince. Divide the
mixture into six portions then roll into balls and flatten into
patties.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the
patties for 5 to 7 minutes on each side (longer for very thick
patties), or until they are cooked through.
Split the burger buns in half and lightly toast under a
preheated grill, cut side up.
Top the base of the buns with the spicy chicken patties, lettuce
and sliced avocado.
Spoon over some mango chutney, then top with other half of the
bun.
