Method
To prepare the dressing
Combine Gregg's Rich Steak Sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl and
set aside.
To prepare the steak
Heat a non stick frying pan with 2 teaspoons canola oil and
add steak to the pan and cook for 30 seconds each side, or until
cooked to your liking. Set aside.
To prepare the bread
Brush the bread on both sides with 1 teaspoon canola oil,
then sprinkle evenly with Gregg's Garlic Powder. Cook under a
preheated grill until golden brown.
To assemble
Spread the flavoured mayonnaise on both pieces of toasted bread,
and top one slice with lettuce, tomato and steak. Close
sandwich with remaining slice of toasted bread and serve
immediately.
