Ingredients
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp Gregg's Crushed Garlic
- 400g Asian greens, e.g. choy sum, bok choy, gai larn, cut in half lengthwise or in chunky pieces
- 3 Tbsp water
Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add the
Gregg's Crushed Garlic and cook, stirring for 30 seconds. Add the
vegetables and cook stirring, for about 1 minute or until well
coated with oil.
Add the water, cover the pan and cook over high heat for 2 - 3
minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. Serve
immediately.
