Our Stuffed Curried Egg recipe will allow you to create a true
Kiwi favorite. This is a classic dish that is perfect for any
'bring a plate' occasion.

Method
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the
boil and gently simmer for 10 minutes. Remove and cool under cold
water before carefully peeling off the shells.
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and scoop the yolks into a bowl.
Add the Gregg's Curry Powder, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, mayonnaise
and parsley to the egg yolk and mash until smooth.
Pipe or spoon the egg yolk mixture back into the egg white
cases.
Garnish with sprigs of parsley and/or a sprinkle of Gregg's
Smoked Paprika.
