The perfect complement to prawns - Gregg's Garlic and Herb
Sea Salt - and for a bit of zing try adding some chilli! This
super easy recipe is sophisticated and will definitely impress.

Method
Rinse the prawns and pat dry on paper towels.
Heat the olive oil, Gregg's Garlic & Herb Sea Salt and the
Gregg's Ground Chilli (if desired) in a frying pan over medium
heat. Add the prawns and cook until they are just pink then turn
over.
When cooked, tip the prawns and oil into a shallow dish to
serve.
