Teriyaki lamb. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
Ingredients
Method
Place soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Gregg's Crushed Ginger, Garlic
and freshly ground black peppercorns in a bowl and mix well.
Add lamb fillet, leave to marinade for at least 20 minutes.
Place on preheated barbecue and cook for 5 - 10 minutes each
side.
Slice and serve with Gregg's Classic Mint Sauce.
