Teriyaki Lamb

Bring the taste of Asia home with this deliciously tasty Teriyaki lamb.  Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.

Ingredients

Method

Place soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, Gregg's Crushed Ginger, Garlic and freshly ground black peppercorns in a bowl and mix well.

Add lamb fillet, leave to marinade for at least 20 minutes.

Place on preheated barbecue and cook for 5 - 10 minutes each side.

Slice and serve with Gregg's Classic Mint Sauce.
