chicken marinade.

Method
In a large bowl or plastic bag, combine Coriander & Garlic
Paste, Crushed Garlic, Ground White Pepper, fish sauce, brown sugar
and the juice of half a lime. Add chicken to marinade and mix well
until evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at
least 1 hour or overnight.
Pan fry, grill or BBQ chicken for 20 - 25 minutes, turning
regularly until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Place on a serving platter, drizzle over juice of remaining lime
half and serve garnished with lime wedges.
