Roasting intensifies the flavour of tomatoes on the vine, and
they are a perfect accompaniment to a summer barbecue.

Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Brush the tomatoes with oil then
sprinkle with Gregg's Thyme.
Place in a greased baking dish and roast for 10-15 minutes, or
until the tomatoes are just beginning to soften.
Alternatively cook the tomatoes on a preheated barbecue.
