Making your own wholegrain mustard is quick and easy and means
you can create a unique blend exactly as you like it.

Method
Place the Gregg's Whole Mustard Seeds and chillies (if used) in
a bowl with the vinegar.
Cover and leave to stand for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Place the mustard mixture in a blender with the remaining
ingredients.
Blend until the chilli is chopped and everything has mixed
together well. The mustard seeds will remain whole.
Place into clean sterilised jars and store for at least a week
before using.
