This delicious Russian Style dish is a one pot winter warmer is bound to become a family favourite.
How to Cook
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Brown the steak in batches and set aide. Add the bacon to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until it is brown. Add the onion and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add the beef back to the pan with the mushrooms, Gregg's Garlic Granules, Gregg's Smoked Paprika and Gregg's Ground Paprika.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until the beef and mushrooms are cooked.
- Add the sour cream and cook, stirring, until the stroganoff is heated through and the sauce is smooth.
- Remove from the pan and serve on rice, potatoes or pasta.

500 g rump steak, trimmed & cut into strips
2 rashers bacon, cut into strips
1 onion, sliced
250 g mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp Gregg's Garlic Granules
2 tsp Gregg's Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Gregg's Ground Paprika
150 g sour cream
