Chicken Green Curry

How to Cook

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over medium high heat. Add the Gregg's Green Curry Paste and sliced chicken and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add the sliced capsicum and cook for 1 minute. Add the peas, coconut cream and brown sugar and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked, stirring occasionally.
  2. Serve with rice and garnish with Thai basil, if desired.


  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 Tbsp Gregg's Green Curry Paste
  • 300 g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 small red capsicum, sliced
  • ½ cup green peas
  • 200 ml coconut cream
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar (optional)
  • Thai basil, to garnish
