Chinese Five Spice, Honey and Sesame Chicken Wings

These tasty chicken wings are brilliant served with rice and salad for a quick mid-week dinner.

How to Cook

  1. Combine the honey, soy sauce, oil, Gregg's Crushed Ginger, Gregg's Garlic Granules, Gregg's Sesame Seeds and Gregg's Chinese 5 Spice in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings, mix well, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. Place the chicken wings in an oven dish lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken wings are cooked through, turning frequently.


  • ¼ cup liquid honey
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Gregg's Garlic Granules
  • 2 Tbsp Gregg's Sesame Seeds, toasted
  • 1 tsp Gregg's Chinese Five Spice
  • 1 tsp Gregg's Crushed Ginger
  • 1 kg chicken wings
