Gregg's Green Curry Chicken Pizza

A delicious fusion of Italian & Thai inspiration.

How to Cook

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Slice chicken into thin strips. Combine the yoghurt, Gregg's green curry paste in a non-metallic bowl. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove chicken from marinade. Spread the pizza base with Gregg's green curry paste. Top with cheese then chicken and spinach leaves, coriander and cherry tomatoes. Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Place the pizzas on serving plates and season with salt and pepper and if desired top snow pea sprouts. Serve.


  • 2 Small Single Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Gregg's Green Curry Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 1 Premade Pizza Base
  • ¼ cup Gregg's Green Curry Paste
  • 1 ½ cups Grated Mozzarella
  • 100 g Spinach Leaves or Fresh Rocket
  • 1 tablespoon Gregg's Coriander Flakes
  • 2 Vine-ripened tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • Salt and Pepper To Season
  • Snow Pea Sprouts To Serve (Optional)
