Peach and Honey Smoothie

How to Cook

  1. Chill two serving glasses in freezer.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into cold serving glasses.

* Add a pinch of Gregg's Ground Nutmeg or Cinnamon into the smoothie mixture if you wish.
* Freeze your chopped-up fruit beforehand, or add extra ice to make your smoothie extra refreshing.


  • 1 cup Sanitarium So Good Light soy milk or dairy milk
  • 1 Gluten Free Weet-Bix
  • 410 g can Wattie’s Peaches Sliced in Clear Fruit Juice, drained
  • 1 teaspoon honey
