American Steakhouse Cheese sliders with Mayonnaise

These will be a hit with the kids and will make for a quick and easy dinner.

How to Cook

  1. To make lamb sliders, combine the mince, onion, 1 ½ tablespoons Gregg's American Steakhouse Seasoning and egg. Stir and season well with salt and pepper. Shape into 8 small patties. Place onto a tray and chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, cucumber, mint and remaining American Steakhouse spice in a bowl. Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, lemon juice and rind in a bowl. Season.
  3. Heat a char-grill plate over a medium high heat. Cook patties for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Light grill the buns, place a cheese slice on each bottom bun, and grill until melted. Top with lamb patty mayonnaise and top with salsa. Serve.

  • 500 g Lamb mince
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tbsp Gregg's American Steakhouse seasoning
  • 1 Egg
  • 8 Small buns
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped mint
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet Chilli sauce
  • 1 Lemon, juice and rind
  • 4 Cheese slices
