Halloween Dippers With Avocado And Cheese Dip

A tasty, savoury halloween inspired treat that is easy for kids to make!

How to Cook

  1. Place avocado in a small bowl and use a fork to mash until almost smooth. Add yoghurt and cheese; stir until the mixture is well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until required.
  2. Meanwhile, pre-heat oven to 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Using your favorite Halloween shaped cookie cutter, cut out shapes from pastry. Arrange in a single layer on tray. Spray with oil. Combine Gregg's Ground Cumin, Ground Paprika and Sea Salt in a bowl. Sprinkle over pastry shapes. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp and golden.
  3. Place dip on a serving platter and arrange bat shapes around the side.


  • 1 Ripe avocado, halved, stone removed
  • 70 g (¼ cup) Greek yoghurt
  • 20 g (¼ cup) Cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 2 sheets short crust pastry, thawed
  • Spray Oil
  • 1 tsp Gregg's Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Gregg's Ground Paprika
  • 1 tsp Gregg's Natural Sea Salt
