Halloween Dippers With Avocado And Cheese Dip
A tasty, savoury halloween inspired treat that is easy for kids to make!
How to Cook
- Place avocado in a small bowl and use a fork to mash until almost smooth. Add yoghurt and cheese; stir until the mixture is well combined. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until required.
- Meanwhile, pre-heat oven to 180°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Using your favorite Halloween shaped cookie cutter, cut out shapes from pastry. Arrange in a single layer on tray. Spray with oil. Combine Gregg's Ground Cumin, Ground Paprika and Sea Salt in a bowl. Sprinkle over pastry shapes. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp and golden.
- Place dip on a serving platter and arrange bat shapes around the side.
1 Ripe avocado, halved, stone removed
70 g (¼ cup) Greek yoghurt
20 g (¼ cup) Cheddar cheese, finely grated
2 sheets short crust pastry, thawed
1 tsp Gregg's Ground Cumin
1 tsp Gregg's Ground Paprika
1 tsp Gregg's Natural Sea Salt
