Peri Peri Barbequed Prawns
Whip up these quick and tasty prawns for that weekend BBQ with friends and family.
How to Cook
- Combine Greggs Crushed Chilli, garlic, Gregg's Portuguese Peri Peri seasoning, vinegar, 1/4 cup oil and Gregg's Natural Sea Salt grinder in a bowl.
- Toss prawns with 3 tablespoons of sauce. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of oil on a barbeque flat plate or in a wok on high heat. Cook prawns, turning for 4 minutes until cooked through, then toss with mint and serve with extra sauce and lemon wedges.
1 ½ Tbsp Gregg's Crushed Chilli
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 Tbsp Gregg's Portuguese Peri Peri seasoning
3 Tbsp Cider vinegar
½ cup Grape seed oil
1 tsp Gregg's Natural Sea Salt grinder
24 Green prawns, peeled (tails intact), deveined
2 Tbsp Shredded mint leaves
Lemon wedges to serve
