Baked Stuffed Potatoes with Bacon & Smoked Paprika

A classic winter favourite.  Serve as part of a main meal or on their own for an easy and delicious snack.

How to Cook

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Clean potatoes and prick them with a fork. Place in oven and bake for approximately 1 hour or until cooked through. Remove from oven and cool until able to hold.
  3. Cut potatoes in half and carefully scoop out potato flesh into a bowl. Mash potato with butter, Gregg's Coriander Flakes, Gregg's Chilli Seasoning and season with freshly ground Gregg's Natural Sea Salt and Gregg's Whole Black Peppercorns. Stir through bacon pieces and half of the cheese. Return flavoured mashed potato to potato skins, top with the remaining cheese and sprinkle with Gregg's Smoked Paprika.
  4. Return to oven and grill or fan-grill for 5 -10 minutes until warmed through and golden brown.


  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp Gregg's Coriander Flakes
  • ½ tsp Gregg's Chilli Seasoning (or to taste)
  • Gregg's Smoked Paprika
  • Gregg's Natural Sea Salt, freshly ground
  • Gregg's Whole Black Peppercorns, freshly ground
  • 2 rashers bacon, cooked & diced
  • 1 cup grated cheese
