Gregg's Garlic Thyme Potatoes

An excellent side dish for Christmas festivities.

How to Cook

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Using a mandolin slice potatoes thinly.Place in a bowl with melted butter, Gregg's garlic and thyme. Season with Gregg's Cracked black pepper.
  3. Arrange potato slices upright in a 4 cup (1 litre) shallow dish.Pour chicken stock down the sides of the dish. Sprinkle with

    Gregg's salt flakes.
  4. Roast for 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden and tender. Serve.


  • 8 large royal red potatoes
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Gregg's Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Gregg's Rubbed Thyme
  • ½ cup salt reduced chicken stock
  • 1 tsp Gregg's Natural Sea Salt
