  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of Gregg's Mexican Fajita seasoning to 100 grams of softened butter. Top your oven baked potatoes with flavoured butter and watch as the bold flavour melts in. For an added indulgent flavour touch, top with sour cream. This butter would work equally as well on boiled potatoes too.
